Support Services and Infrastructure:-
An array of business support services to increase employee comfort, haul off administrative issues from our clients and ensure optimal usage of rental space.
Food Court / Cafeteria:
Each Cluster here is designed to have its own food court, cafeteria including fine dining restaurant spread over approx 40,000 sq. ft. on the LG1 level, supported by an integrated live kitchen, with a capacity of approx 2200 seats. This food court-cafeteria eliminates the need of the client allocating space for the same within their office premises. Cluster C Food-Court/Cafeteria managed and operated by ISS.
Auditorium:
state-of-the-art auditorium with a capacity of 110 seats, located at the LG1 level of each cluster. This helps our client in conducting training programs, seminars and conferences within their respective clusters.
Transportation Services:-
Mass transportation in form of buses, mini vans, cars, limos are provided as a support
service to our clients for their employee's use. Timings and routes are customized to every persons
needs.
Access Roads:-
In first of its kind Public-Private Partnership in Pune, we have taken up the responsibility of developing and maintaining the road infrastructure around the project.
Business Hotel/Serviced Residences:-
Their is a provision for a business hotel/serviced residences which will be a part of this integrated development.
Other Support Services:-
In order to enhance employee comfort, here a fleet of support services within the project such as Air Taxi facility, ATM-Citibank, Courier Kiosks, Travel Desk, Amphitheater, Creche, Health Club with Swimming Pool, Emergency Medical Services, Book store operated by Odyssey, Outdoor Cafe operated by Costa coffee and much more.
